My house temperature had not been getting below 82 degrees for a few days. I called Piedmont Metro last night and they were at my house after lunch today. They made no disparaging comments about my 1970’s unit (as many other companies have) … More and did not try to sell me a new unit (as other companies have). They quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part, and fixed it. Two hours later, my family is enjoying a cool house.
The service was professional, fast, clean, and kind. They are even dog-friendly! I will continue to use Piedmont Metro for all of my heating and air conditioning needs and I recommend that you do, too. -
